Jacket: Topshop | Jumper: Brandy Melville | T-Shirt and Jeans: ASOS | Shoes: Converse

So the weather is perhaps a little too warm to wear this outfit anymore, but we all know the unpredictability of the British weather *rolls eyes* so I might end up pulling out this combo before the end of summer. We shot this look when I was out in France at the beginning of April so this is definitely a bit of a transitional OOTD.
I've had a fair few compliments on this Topshop Hooded Jacket because it's great for the rain in the warmer weather, the double zipper is quite funky and it pretty much goes with everything I own (and it also featured in a haul I did back in October). This is the Ollie Sweater from Brandy Melville is super soft and quite thin too, so I reckon this khaki number will see me through casual summer evenings as a cover-up. I am also quite in love with these Thea Girlfriend Jeans that I snagged for just £11 in the ASOS January sale, as they make for a good skinny jeans alternative. I've been wanting to purchase some Mom Jeans forever, but none that I've tried really fit my body proportions - so this pair make for a good in between and the bottom of these have a bit of a kick-flare to them too.
The ASOS New Forever T-Shirt in Grey Marl is actually rather long so I've tucked it in here, but I love the stretchy feel to this material, it's raw cut trims and slouchy fit. And my Black Converse are definitely my most worn shoes at the moment after living in my Call It Spring Ankle Boots for the whole of winter. To polish this outfit up, I'd probably swap the converse for black stilettos and the hooded jacket for my trusty Faux Leather Peplum Biker Jacket from Topshop.
What do you think to this casual outfit? And can you recommend any Mom Jeans that aren't from Topshop?

Thanks El! Yeah I definitely think this jacket could be used all year round as it is fairly thin - so could be worn through summer storms. I know, I hate how unpredictable the British weather can be. Thanks for reading :) x

I agree, a pair of converse are so easy to throw on and go with anything and they are so comfy too! I'm so glad that when it came round to buying my second pair I opted for black though - my first were burgundy but these go with so much more! Thanks for reading :) x
